By accessing and using Promptix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Promptix provides API access to various AI language models, allowing users to integrate AI capabilities into their applications. Users pay for credits in Tunisian Dinar (TND) and consume credits based on usage.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Credits

  • Credits must be purchased in advance using the Konnect payment gateway
  • All payments are in Tunisian Dinar (TND)
  • Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
  • Prices may change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. API Usage

  • API usage is subject to the limits of your credit balance
  • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for abuse
  • You are responsible for implementing proper error handling
  • API availability is provided on an “as is” basis

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Promptix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Promptix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunisia.
